We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible items starting from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and kept in original packaging with no damage.
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, personalized items, and all final-sale clearance products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a refund approval notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing delays may apply.
If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
